What We Do

We support day-to-day operations and act as a sparring partner for the companies’ managers and a source of ideas and network for the strategic development. Also, we very actively support our platform companies with add-on acquisitions.

As part of a holistic growth strategy, company acquisitions for horizontal or vertical expansion of the business are often a real success booster. Noble supports the entrepreneurs in the search and examination of takeover candidates and provides the necessary capital. In addition, Noble takes over the entire acquisition process and supports the subsequent integration.

Typical situations: succession, management buy-out, owner buy-out (partial sale with the owner continuing to run the business), partial sale of corporate divisions, implementation of a buy-and-build strategy, management buy-in, growth financing, turn-around

In the sectors where we are already active with a platform, our investment criteria are even broader: revenues of any size (also below € 1 and above 150 million sales) and situation (not (very) profitable, turnarounds, growth financing, complicated situations …).
We are already active with buy-and-build platforms and is therefore also looking for smaller and less profitable companies as acquisitions. In addition, we examine investment and turnaround opportunities in all other sectors as well.
